Order Processing

  • Processing Time:

    All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • Order Confirmation:

    You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed. Another email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Domestic Shipping:

    • Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): Rate are calculated at checkout

  • International Shipping:

    • Standard International Shipping (7-21 business days): Rates are calculated at checkout

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Bling Empire PLT "SARABELLA" is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Shipping Carriers

  • We use major carriers (e.g., DHL, CityLink, Aramex) for shipping. The carrier used will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

  • Bling Empire PLT "SARABELLA" is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
